納拉亞尼專區（Narayani Zone），位於尼泊爾中部發展區，是尼泊爾的14個行政專區之一，首府何塔恩達。下轄五個縣，分別為：馬克萬布縣（Makwanpur District），巴拉縣（Bara District），奇塔萬縣（Chitwan District），帕薩縣（Parsa District）和勞塔哈特縣（Rautahat District）。
