第53屆鄉村音樂協會獎（53rd Annual Country Music Association Awards，簡稱53rd CMAs）是由美國鄉村音樂協會主辦的音樂類獎項。
第53屆鄉村音樂協會獎以2018年7月1日至2019年6月30日發行的音樂作品為評選對象，由美國鄉村音樂協會的會員投票評選出獲獎名單。最終加斯·布魯克斯獲得了年度藝人，瑪倫·莫里斯憑藉《GIRL》獲得年度專輯，布雷克·謝爾頓憑藉《God's Country》獲得年度單曲，盧克·庫姆斯、Wyatt B. Durrette III、Robert Williford憑藉《Beautiful Crazy》獲得年度歌曲。
美國時間2019年11月13日，該屆鄉村音樂協會獎在美國田納西州納什維爾普利斯通大劇院舉行頒獎典禮，典禮主持為凱莉·安德伍德、瑞芭·麥肯泰爾、多莉·帕頓，由ABC（美國廣播公司）進行轉播。
