人物簡介
章新平,男,博士,湖南師範大學教授,博士生導師,自然地理學學術帶頭人。1978年9月-1982年7月在南京氣象學院學習,獲氣候學學士學位;1984年9月-1987年7月在河海大學學習,獲工程水文與水資源碩士學位;1990年9月-1993年9月在中國科學院蘭州冰川凍土研究所(現中國科學院寒區旱區環境與工程研究所)學習,獲自然地理學博士學位。
學術成就
曾在日本名古屋大學大氣圈-水圈研究所、日本科技廳長岡雪冰研究所、美國阿拉斯加大學水環境研究中心、美國德克薩斯大學地質系、澳大利亞氣象氣候研究中心、中國科學院南京湖泊和地理研究所、中國氣象科學研究院等單位從事訪問研究。主要從事全球變化、穩定同位素位學等領域的教學與研究工作。主持和參加了國家863項目、國家自然科學基金、中科院知識創新、國際地理聯合會(IGU)核心計畫START、中日政府間科技合作等研究項目。在國內外學術期刊上發表論文90餘篇,其中被SCI收錄的論文15篇,EI收錄的論文9篇。獲湖南師範大學十佳師德標兵、科研標兵稱號。
