項目摘要

我國稀土資源豐富、套用日益廣泛,研究逐漸深入,追蹤到一些基礎問題,亟待解決。本項目擬通過細胞和分子層次上相互聯繫的系統研究,闡明稀土化合物促細胞增殖作用以及與之相關的細胞分化和凋亡的本質,並在此基礎上研究對腫瘤、動脈硬化的發生髮展過程的干預方式和化學機理,揭示稀土在上述疾病防治中套用的基礎和條件。此外,研究闡明極低劑量的稀土的作用和毒性表現,揭示活性和毒性間的關聯,確定稀土作用的濃度末點(endpoint),為修正安全計量標準提供依據,為稀土套用的安全性提供基礎和條件。本項目還將通過對稀土生物無機化學水平的提高,促進細胞無機化學學科發展。另外還將對極低劑量金屬毒理學研究的思路和方法有所貢獻。
