從某歌舞劇院辭去舞蹈演員一職後，主要從事高校舞蹈教育，舞蹈編導，晚會策劃，演藝經紀及社會舞蹈藝術教育工作。
創編舞蹈
曾創編舞蹈作品有：大型藏舞《可可西里》，戲曲舞蹈《包公走鹹陽》，《西部鼓震》，古典舞《潮》，現代舞《青春的呼喚》等。
