祁照崗，男，1980年生，江蘇揚州人。博士，助理研究員。1998年考入上海交通大學，2002年-2008年在上海交通大學獲得製冷與低溫工程工學碩士和工學博士學位。2008-2009年在美國馬里蘭大學(University of Maryland at College Park)從事博士後研究。2010年1月受聘於上海交通大學，從事製冷與低溫工程研究。
