摘要
新種短密籃狀菌 (Talaromyces brevicompactus sp.nov.) , 其無性型為 短密梅麗霉 (Merimbla brevicompacta sp. nov.). 它的 子囊果原基可能是由捲曲的菌絲形成, 子囊孢子的壁平滑 或近於平滑, 帚狀枝主要是三輪生或三輪和雙輪生於同一 個孢梗莖的頂端, 偶有雙輪生或不規則者. 這些特徵和近 似種榛色籃狀菌[Talaromyces arellaneus (Thom & Turesson) C.R.Benj.]具有明顯的區別. 另外, 該新 種在一般標準條件下培養未發現有性型. 在偶然的情況下 發現了有性型. 曾幾次重複試驗, 只在查氏 (CA) 斜面上 20℃時才產生有性型 (詳見正文). 但是,它也很快就完全 失去了產生有性型的能力.
Abstract A species of the genus Xylaria with special habitat, is described as new and named Xylaria potentillae A.S.Xu sp.nov. Stroma surface is rough,fertile at apex, and ascomal interior white. It grows on the living root of Potentilla anserina (a herb) and is different from all known species of the genus xylaria.
Type specimen is deposited in Herbarium of Xizang Institute of Plateau Ecology (HXZE).
