項目摘要

知覺學習指通過訓練來提高感覺辨別能力的過程,被認為在系統水平上反映了大腦神經可塑性。知覺學習研究因此是認知神經科學的重要領域之一。申請人近年運用首創的DT-TPE實驗範式,挑戰了知覺學習網膜位置特異性與特徵特異性的基本假設及主流知覺學習理論,並初步提出了新的基於規則的知覺學習RBL理論。工作發表於Nat. Neurosci., PLoS Biol., Cur. Biol., J. Neurosci.等一流雜誌並產生了重要的學術影響。本重點項目繼續系統深入地研究知覺學習的認知與腦機制, 檢驗、豐富和發展RBL理論。擬解決的關鍵科學問題包括: (1)DT-TPE實驗範式下知覺學習遷移的普遍性;(2)傳統與DT-TPE實驗範式下知覺學習特異性與遷移的機制;(3)知覺學習的神經與計算機制及知覺學習的本質特性;(4)知覺學習的遷移特性;(5)成人弱視知覺學習的腦機制。
