研究方向

主要從事寬禁帶半導體CuAlO2、SnO2、ZnOS薄膜的製備、摻雜、帶隙調節等研究,以及無機鈣鈦礦鐵電薄膜太陽能電池的探索研究工作。

學術成果

主持湖北省自然科學基金、材料複合新技術國家重點實驗室開放基金等項目,參與國家自然科學基金、教育部博導基金、武漢市學科帶頭人計畫等多個項目,至今發表學術論文近30篇,其中SCI論文近20篇。
