摘要 | 報導了一個厭氧中溫分 解纖維素的瘤胃梭菌新種. 在RGCA培養基中, 細胞桿狀, 0.6-1.0 X 4.0-6.0 micrometer, 單生或成對, 革蘭氏陽 性, 能運動.芽孢卵-球形, 端生成次端生, 使細胞膨大. 菌落圓形, 黃色, 邊緣不整齊. 在纖維素瓊脂滾管中培養 24-48h, 菌落周圍產生溶纖維透明圈. 生長的最適條件是 37-40'C和pH6.5-7.0. 所需要的生長因子為多種揮發脂肪 酸 (VFAs) , 生物素, 對氨基苯甲酸和鹽酸吡哆醇. 纖維 素, 纖維二糖, 糖原,澱粉和麥芽糖等可作為生長底物. 不能發酵葡萄糖, 果糖, 七葉靈, 苦杏仁鞋苷, 阿拉伯糖 , 乳糖, 甘露糖, 核糖, 蔗糖, 木糖, 鼠李糖, 甘露醇 ,肌酸和山梨醇等. 不能水解明膠. 發酵纖維二糖產生乙 酸和丁酸. DNA的G+C含量為35.9mol% (Tm) . 該分離菌株 與已知梭菌均有不同, 故命名為瘤胃梭菌新種 (Clostridium rumenum sp. nov. Zhang, Tan & Liu). 保藏號為AS 1.1862. |
Abstract | A new species. Syncephalastrum monosporum Zheng et al. sp. nov. consisting of three varieies. var. monosporum, var. cristatum var. nov., andvar. pluriproliferum var. nov., is described. All vrieties differ from the monotypic species of the genus. Syncephalastrum racemosum Cohn ex Schroeter. bypossissing only unispored sporangiola (merosporangia) insted of several-spored merosporangia. These are the first reports of monosporous merosporangiain any true Mucorales. Reasons for referring the new taxa to the genus Syncephalastrum and not erecting a new genus to accommodate them, as well asthe differeces among the new taxa themselves, are briefly discussed.Syncephalastrum monosporum sp. nov. var. racemosum var. nov., Syncephalastrum monosporum sp. nov. var. pluriproliferum var. nov. |
