人物經歷
畢永紅,2004年在中國科學院水生生物研究所獲水生生物學博士學位。2009年至2010年在德國環境健康研究中心以訪問學者的身份開展Yangtze Project (BMBF, 02WT1130)的合作研究。主要研究方向為水域生態學、藻類生理生態學、水體污染修復。先後承擔科研任務30餘項,發表研究論文100餘篇,其中SCI論文50餘篇,獲得國家授權發明專利10項,參編(譯)專著3部。

研究方向
1. 藻類群落及其對不同干擾的回響和適應機制:探討藻類群落對物理干擾(流速流量改變、水位波動等)、化學干擾(營養加富、酸雨等)、生物干擾(魚類放流、捕食壓力等)等的回響與生態適應機制。
2. 藻類生物多樣性:將傳統分類鑑定手段與宏基因組等分子生物學技術相結合,從形態多樣性、遺傳多樣性、功能多樣性等方面了解不同水體藻類多樣性的時空格局,認識環境過濾作用下藻類群落的適應機制及其參與生物地化循環能力的差異,據此了解水域生態系統生態服務功能的差異。
3. 套用藻類學:在藻類生物量和初級生產力調控方面,開展水華防控和生態環境治理技術的研發,探索低成本高效率的適用技術,推動相關核心技術的產業化
