田祚雄，男，1974年3月生，湖北巴東人，中共黨員，法學碩士，副研究員。現任武漢市社會科學院辦公室副主任、黨組秘書，2007年破格晉升副研究員。主要研究方向：政治學理論、公共管理、黨的建設等。
長期從事社科研究與管理工作，承擔多次市級以上領導講話、報告、匯報等重要文稿起草。如市領導在全市紀念建黨90周年大會上的講話（2011）；省、市主要領導在武漢市社會科學界第五次代表大會上的講話（2009）；省、市領導向中央領導和部委領導匯報首屆中部文博會材料，文博會開幕式市領導講話、致辭（2006）等。主筆完成的《武漢市民對黨的十七大的認知與反映》、《武漢市農村換屆選舉中存在的問題與對策》，《促進和諧社區建設，促進城市科學發展》等近10項課題報告，被省市領導肯定批示。

Tian Zuoxiong, male, born on Mar.1974,Badong Town Hubei Province. Member of communist party of china, Master of Law, Associate research fellow. Now is appointed as the deputy director of the office &secretary of the leading group of Wuhan Academy of Social Sciences. Major research focuses on political theory 、construction of CCP and public administration.
Has engaged into social research and management since started work, drafted many talks、reports for the city leaders, such as “The talk on commemorate the 90th anniversary of ccp,Wuhan,2011”,the main talks of provincial and municipal leader on “The fifth representative assembly of Wuhan social science academy “etc.
The investigations of 《The cognition and reaction of Wuhan citizens’ to the 17th national congress of the ccp》、《Countermeasures proposed to the problems existed in the election of villagers committees across the rural areas in Wuhan》、《Promoting to build up a harmonious community society, Promoting to develop the urban scientifically》were commented by municipal leaders.
