田景奎

田景奎

主要從事生物醫藥信息工程與創新藥物研究工作。近3年來,開展了圓錐鐵線蓮、青蒿、銀杏葉和紅豆杉等10餘種藥用植物的活性酶誘導實驗,並研製出智慧型活性酶誘導儀;進而運用蛋白質組、基因組和生物信息學技術對銀杏葉、圓錐鐵線蓮和紅豆杉等進行了活性成分生物合成機理的研究;開展了三維組織晶片的系統研究,進行了晶片構建和複雜信號處理研究,為新藥篩選和作用機制研究奠定了基礎;從20餘種藥用植物中分離得到500多個化合物,其中70多個新化合物,對新化合物中特有的抗腫瘤、抗結核和抗炎活性成分進行了作用機制探討;開展了創新藥物研究,獲得臨床批件2項,在研新藥和健康相關產品10餘項。正在承擔國家自然科學基金、新藥創製國家重大科技專項、浙江省重大科技專項、浙江省傑出青年基金和教育部博士點基金等項目。已在國內外重要刊物發表文章70餘篇,其中SCI收錄30餘篇。
