摘要 | 從青海省大柴旦鹽湖中分離到一精旋獄株極端嗜鹽桿菌. 該菌株在培養過程中產鹼, 革蘭乘屑記氏陰性, 細胞桿狀, 0.7-1.0 X 2-3 micrimeter, 極生鞭毛運動, 絕對好氧, 以胺基酸作唯一碳源. 不利用碳水化合物, 生長重凳采殼所需鹽 (NaCl) 濃度在12%以上, 最適鹽濃度為18% . 生長pH範圍 6-10, 最適pH9. MgSO4.7H2O0-3%對生長無明顯影響. 細 胞蛋白質酸性, 不含二氨基庚二酸和胞壁酸, 含甘鞏備腿院付油二醚 鍵化會物, 不具有色素. 根據以上特徵, 將該菌株定為一 個新種, 定名為產鹼嗜鹽桿菌 (Halobacterium haloalcaligenum n. sp.). |
Abstract | Two new strains of Streptomyces, strain 78-113 and strain 78-118, were isolated from soil samples taken in Shanxi province, China.Both strains can form light blue aerial mycelium with spiral spore chains, and the spore chains wind into spherical or subspherical structures,which, here, are named as pseudoporangia. Spores are oval rod in shape with smooth surface. The composition of cell wall of these both strainsis as same as Type I. But the colurs of the substrate mycelium of these two strains are different, nor are their colours of soluble pigment.The studies of their morphological, cultural, physiological and biochemicul chracteristics have shown that these two strains are differentfrom all known species of Streptomyces. So they represent two new species and therefore the following names have been proposed:Strain 78-113 is named Streptomyces cyaneo-pseudosporangius n. sp. Strain 78-118 is named Streptomyces plumbeo-pseudosporangius n. sp. |
