摘要 | 從食品廠廢水中分離代一株厭氧, 革蘭氏陰性, 不 運動的無芽孢桿菌. 該菌株能代謝多種炭水化合物, 代謝 100 mol葡萄糖產約 50 mol乙酸, 50 mol乙醇, 350 mol H2和300 mol CO2. DNA 的G+C含量是 30.7 mol%. 與已經 發表的有關種屬的特徵比較表明, 它是擬桿菌屬中的一個 新種, 命名為產乙醇擬桿菌(Bacteroides ethanologenes sp. nov.). |
Abstract | 287 yeasts isolated from Shennongjia region of Hubei province was studied. 10 genera were found. Some are rare genera in yeastssuch as Endomycopsis, Schizosaccharomyces. Two Nadsonia are new record. A new species, Kluyveromyces sinensis M.X.Li, X.H.Fu & Tang sp. nov.,is described. The morphology, physiology of this isolate differ from any of the recognized species in the genus. Detailed description is given in the report. |
