經歷
1982年 內蒙古民族大學數學專業本科畢業獲學士學位。1989年四川師範大學基礎數學研究生班畢業，研究生學歷。1983年-2004年在內蒙古民族大學任數學助教、講師、副教授，期間在1998年-1999年國家公派赴德國烏爾姆大學數學與經濟系訪問學習，2001年-2003年在日本國立千葉大學研究生院自然科學院從事研究與學習，獲理學博士學位。

先後主持科研項目省級3項市級2項：
(1)內蒙古高校科研基金項目《關於模糊隨機變數的性質及其套用》（1999-2001）
(2)內蒙古自然科學基金項目《混有不分明數據的統計過程控制研究》(No.200208020106, 200211-200512).
