1996年度獲國家傑出青年基金,科技部973“非線性科學及其重要套用”項目首席科學家。
研究方向
凝聚態理論物理、軟凝聚態-生物物理:
1.
| 蛋白質摺疊、聚集動力學以及複雜相互作用下生物分子組裝微結構特性;

2.
| 生物網路系統信息過程的物理機制和動力學特性;
|
3.
| 有關與凝聚態物理交叉的統計物理問題;

科研項目
研究工作主要涉及凝聚態物理、統計物理學和軟凝聚態物理系統中的動力學特性。近年來重點研究蛋白質分子體系的摺疊、聚集、功能運動動力學和各種相互作用下的生物大分子組裝微結構特性以及生物網路系統信號傳導動力學特性相關問題。在國際重要學術雜誌上發表學術論文150餘篇,主要工作發表在PRL、NSB、PNAS和JACS等重要學術雜誌上。目前承擔科技部973項目“非線性科學核心問題及其重要套用”,國家自然科學基金委重點項目等。
