研究方向

融合合成化學和計算機輔助藥物設計技術開展針對抗病毒藥物和腫瘤蛋白相互作用靶點的藥物設計和發現工作,開展對功能蛋白結構域到活性小分子的“翻譯”研究,主要針對蛋白蛋白相互作用進行相應功能小分子的藥物設計與合成
1. 開展基於多組分反應的多肽擬肽合成藥物化學研究。
2. 新有機合成反應,新試劑與新技術(特別是不對稱合成反應技術)在藥物合成的套用。
3. 建設多組分反應的化合骨架資料庫,開發新型多組分反應化學骨架,建立快速構建化合物庫的合成能力。
4. 利用生命科學研究成果,特別是最新細胞內信號傳導,通路以及相關結構生物學研究進展,開展生物活性分子化合物的設計。
5. 合作開展套用基於錨點骨架和基於結構的藥物設計,尋找和發現新先導物,充分利用在蛋白蛋白相互作用調節劑中的經驗,直接考慮化合物與靶點蛋白或核酸三維結構匹配和電子分布匹配進行相應設計,脫離傳統盲目組合化學合成,利用多組分反應研究基礎進行構效關係,進行先導物的結構最佳化和化學合成。
6. 利用獨特多組分反應合成的化學骨架發散型的化合物庫,利用國內外各種細胞篩選平台合作進行高通量篩選研究
