主要貢獻
研究概況
在博士研究生階段初期,就作為主要成員參加了863課題“10 Gb/s DFB-LD/EAM集成器件的研製”工作,並作出實質性貢獻。此後,作為核心骨幹參加了“973”計畫課題“DWDM高速集成光源中增益的周期性調製與控制”和“863”計畫課題“DFB-LD/EAM集成光源晶片及模組”。
2005年3月留校參加工作以來,主要研究興趣集中於通信用半導體光電子晶片,包括材料設計、器件結構與真空薄膜工藝技術研究,研究領域包括半導體雷射器、光調製器、高功率光探測器及其光子集成。作為負責人或第二負責人先後承擔973課題“高速寬頻集成光源中微波與光波相互作用機理研究”、重點基金子課題“高速、高線性EA調製器集成光源的研究”、國家專項2項(“高飽和光功率探測器”),作為核心骨幹承擔自然科學重點基金1項、國家專項課題1項,獲得的主要成果包括10 Gb/s DFB-LD/EAM集成光源、頻寬均超過40 GHz的DFB-LD/EAM、SOA/EAM集成光源器件、超靈敏質譜檢漏技術等。
