主料:雞翅
調料:姜、大蔥、醋、白砂糖適量糖醋雞翅的做法:
1. 加入醋(可根據各人喜好調配,我個人就中意酸d,因為開胃好送飯,夏天食沒甘膩)、糖、醬油、料酒;將雞翅和調味料攪拌均勻,醃製數小時。
2. 姜切片;
3. 起油過爆香老薑,爆至金黃色後放入醃製好的雞翅;
4. 把雞翅煎至兩邊金黃,雞翅上色後加入適量水;
5. 湯汁收乾後即可起鍋。
6. 裝盤時拌入蒜蓉即可。
