焦豪

焦豪,北京師範大學京師特聘教授,博士生導師,數字經濟與管理系主任。國家優秀青年科學基金獲得者、國家社科基金重大項目首席專家、愛思唯爾工商管理學科中國高被引學者、教育部霍英東教育基金會第十六屆高等院校青年教師獎獲得者。

研究興趣主要是數字經濟情境的戰略管理、創業管理、創新管理、公司治理,聚焦在動態能力、數字平台戰略、數字平台生態治理、數位化轉型等研究領域,主持國家自然科學基金和教育部人文社科基金等多項國家級和省部級研究項目。

論文《政府質量、公司治理結構與投資決策:基於世界銀行企業調查數據的經驗研究》榮獲教育部第八屆高等學校科學研究優秀成果獎(人文社會科學)二等獎。

專著《企業動態能力論:企業家的創新視角》榮獲教育部第七屆高等學校科學研究優秀成果獎(人文社會科學)三等獎和第六屆蔣一葦企業改革與發展學術基金優秀專著獎等獎項。

獲得全國商業科技進步獎一等獎、北京高校青年教師社會調研優秀項目一等獎和二等獎、第十四屆全國多媒體課件大賽高教文科組優秀獎、第十二屆勵耘獎學助學基金優秀青年教師獎一等獎、第十七屆世界管理論壇暨東方管理論壇優秀論文獎、第七屆中國戰略管理學者論壇暨AIB中國分會2014年年會最佳論文獎等獎項。

人物經歷

北京師範大學京師特聘教授,博士生導師,數字經濟與管理系主任。國家優秀青年科學基金獲得者、國家社科基金重大項目首席專家、愛思唯爾工商管理學科中國高被引學者、教育部霍英東教育基金會第十六屆高等院校青年教師獎獲得者。復旦大學管理學博士,美國羅格斯大學商學院訪問學者,國務院參事室“中國企業走出去50人論壇”副秘書長。

研究方向

研究興趣主要是數字經濟情境的戰略管理、創業管理、創新管理、公司治理,聚焦在動態能力、數字平台戰略、數字平台生態治理、數位化轉型等研究領域,主持國家自然科學基金和教育部人文社科基金等多項國家級和省部級研究項目。。
