主要功能是講熱狀態下的鋼管冷卻到150℃以下。該冷床具有冷卻均勻，鋼管彎曲度小等優點。
The main function is to cool the hot steel pipe to less than 150℃ . The cooling bed can cool the pipe evenly and low cambering rate .
The main function is to straighten the pipe in normal temperature so that the straightness meets technical requirements. the machine adopts PLC controlling system . The pipe can be fed-in and come out automatically and auto matically adjusts so that pipe straightened machine works very efficiently and stably .
The heat treatment line includes two quenching furnaces and two tempering furnaces. which is used to normalizing , quenching & tempering and mormalizing & tempering . The line Uses natuvantages are high efficjency , low energy consuming high quality and high automatization . ect. The line is suitable for upgrading the high steel grade and high collapsing resistant OTCG such as N80-Q P110 ect. because it is capable to improve the steel's properties.
