生產能力

模具車間

模具加工現場現有650-3027大型CNC 9台，進口慢走絲8台，中走絲線割機8台， 大水磨3台，精密小磨床8台等一批先進的模具加工設備。Tooling Dept

We have 9 sers of large sized CNC center, 8 sers of imported precision wire cutting machine, 8 sets of normal wire cutting machine, 3 sets of large-size plane grander, 8 sets of precision grinder and other advanced tooling manufacture equipments.

衝壓車間

衝壓車間擁有45T-500T衝壓機30餘台， 二次加工設備有電焊機4台，自動攻牙機8台，自動超音波清洗線1條，以及其他各種輔助設備。

Stamping DeptWe have more than 30 sets of 45-500T press machines, 4 sets of secondary manufacture machine and point-welding machine, 8 sets of automatic tapping machine, 1 ultrasonic cleaning line and other auxiliary equipments in our stamping workshop.

鈑金車間

鈑金車間有雷射切割機1台，數控折彎機2台，及各種焊接、二次加工設備。Prototype Dept

We have 1 Mazak CNC laser cutting machine, 2 CNC press brake abd few sets of secondary manufacture machines and many other welding equipments.
