項目摘要
由於液/液界面的結構與電荷（電子與離子）轉移反應熱力學、動力學、反應機理等密切相關，界面問題是液/液界面電化學與電分析化學的核心問題，在過去的30多年中一直是該領域研究的熱點與難點。雖然已經取得了不少進展，提出了一些模型，但一些關鍵問題仍沒有解決。本項目力圖將各種超微電極（包括金屬與玻璃管）、掃描電化學顯微鏡（SECM）、掃描離子電導顯微鏡（SICM）、成像技術相結合，發展探測液/液界面結構的新方法與技術。同時，採用磷脂、生物分子、納米顆粒等材料修飾液/液界面，使其具有分子識別、催化和仿生等功能，發展表征修飾界面的方法與技術，拓展液/液界面電分析化學的套用領域。培養從事軟界面電分析化學研究及套用人才。
