內容簡介
《海關高等教育教材?國際商務英語函電教程》內容簡介：我國古代海關的起源，一般認為是在西周，至今已有三千多年的歷史。其名稱幾經變遷，經歷過關、塞、關樓、津、市、市舶司、月港督餉館、鈔關、戶關、工關、常關等，直到清代康熙二十四年（1685年），中國歷史上才第一次出現了正式的、以海關命名的進出境關口。1840年鴉片戰爭以後，中國淪為半殖民地半封建國家，喪失了關稅自主權和海關行政管理權。為收回海關主權，培養我國自己的海關人才，清政府於1908年在北京創辦了稅務學堂，開創了我國海關高等教育的先河。1913年，北洋政府教育部批准改名為稅務專門學校。在四十餘年的辦學中，該校為中國海關培養了兩千餘名專業人才。
