Shanghai Highper Law Firm was established in May, 1998 in Jiangsu province and moved to shanghai at the beginning of 2005 with the approval of Ministry of Justice. The firm collected a group of talented young attorneys which graduated from the outstanding universities of china.
There are many lawyers have the Certified Public Accountant (CPA), the Certified Tax Agents (CTA) intelligence at the same time.
The firm is one of the 59 law firms which are approved by the Ministry of Justice and China Securities Regulatory Commission to carry out services for the companies located in foreign countries whose business related to the benefits within the boundary of China.
The firm persists to serve the large state-owned and private enterprise and groups, listed companies and foreign investment enterprises all the time. The firm’s businesses mainly are non-suit, complicated and difficult lawsuits, basically covering all service scope of lawyers of China
