人物簡介
洪泂,博士,中國科學技術大學生命科學學院副教授。出生於安徽省。1989年至1993年就讀於安徽師範大學生命科學學院獲學士學位。1993年至1996年就讀於北京師範大學生命科學學院,獲碩士學位,2000年至2003年就讀於日本京都大學,獲博士學位。1996-2003年在北京師範大學生命科學學院工作,2003年至2006年在京都大學和石川縣立大學作博士後研究,2006年至2008年在美國維吉尼亞理工大學作博士後研究。2008年4月作為中國科技大學優秀人才引進,現為生命科學學院副教授。共發表論文50餘篇。其中SCI學術期刊發表研究論文30篇。
研究領域
- 基於微流晶片的高保真高通量基因合成。採用通過晶片合成的寡核苷酸為出發材料,通過高通量的擴增、糾錯及組裝降低DNA合成成本,提高合成效率。
- 利用生物質生產各種化學品的耐熱工程酵母的構建。利用木質纖維素生物質以及菊芋為材料生產乙醇、木糖醇、丙酮酸、乳酸、果糖等有較高附加值的產品。
- 重組蛋白高溫表達體系的構建。在耐熱酵母及耐熱絲狀真菌中構建重組蛋白的表達系統。
