人物經歷
2011年於遼寧大學藥學院獲得學士學位。
2011-2016,隨後在北京生命科學研究所和天津大學從事博士學習,師從雷曉光教。
2016-2019,先後在北京大學化學生物學系和藥學院擔任科研助理,合作導師為雷曉光教授和黎後華教授。
2019年作為洪堡學者赴德國馬普化學生態研究所Sarah E. O'Connor 教授實驗室從事博士後研究。
2023年加入西湖大學理學院。
研究方向
洪本科博士的主要研究工作是藥用植物來源的活性天然產物的仿生化學合成和生源合成途徑的解析。通過借鑑生源假說並利用最新的合成方法學,包括有機小分子催化和碳氫活化反應,開發高效的仿生合成策略來完成藥用植物來源的活性天然產物的化學合成,包括具有神經活性的石松生物鹼和 (-)-incarviatone A, 香茶菜屬二萜和雜萜(+)-hyperforin。這些合成為後續的靶點和作用機制研究打下基礎。運用化學邏輯分析,多組學和體外瞬時表達等方法順利解析了藥用植物馬錢子中生物鹼strychnine的生源合成途徑的所有基因。同時發現兩個醯基轉移酶中一個胺基酸殘基的改變是Strychnos nux-vomica和strychnos sp. 這兩種植物分別產生strychnine和diaboline的直接原因。這為後續的strychine以及其衍生物的合成生物學研究提供了重要的基礎。
