泰培，2009年本科畢業於清華大學水利水電工程系，隨後於2013年獲得岩土工程碩士學位，後赴澳洲University of Wollongong攻讀博士學位。2018年畢業後先後在香港科技大學和香港理工大學進行博士後研究工作。2020年入職哈爾濱工業大學（深圳），任助理教授。
