作者簡介
宋雷，1948年生，西南政法大學外語學院教授，碩士生導師，國務院政府津貼獲得者，曾歷任西南政法大學外事處處長和外語學院院長，學術研究方向是英漢對比法律語言學，英漢法律翻譯理論和實踐。曾主持完成法務部、國家教委、外專局、重慶市教委等省、部級科研項目。在《中國翻譯》等刊物上發表過論文和譯文三十餘篇；個人撰寫或主編出版專著、工具書、教材、譯著、論文集等著作二十多部。多次榮獲省部級或市級教學成果獎。
鄭達軒，1966年生，西南政法大學外語學院副教授，碩士生導師，學術研究方向是英漢對比法律語言學、英漢法律翻譯理論和實踐以及國際法律研究。多次參與省部級和校級科研項目的研究，還參加了多部英漢法律詞典的編寫，參與了七種教科書的編寫和多部法律著作的翻譯，多次榮獲省、市教學成果獎，並多次指導學生獲得全國性法律語言類比賽的、二、三等獎。
