河北大學光信息技術創新中心

河北大學光信息技術創新中心是河北大學著眼於國家重大戰略需求和國際科技發展前沿,整合學校多領域學科力量組建的科學研究與技術創新實體,依託於河北大學物理科學與技術學院,是光學工程河北省重點學科的支撐單位之一,河北省光電信息材料重點實驗室的重要組成部分。中心聘請“長江學者”特聘教授姚曉天博士擔任主任,在光信息處理領域匯聚學校高水平研究團隊,重點開發研究各類基於光學相干原理的分散式檢測技術,包括光學相干層析(OCT)技術,分散式光纖感測技術,基於分散式光纖感測的智慧型蒙皮技術,以及這些技術在不同行業的套用,並將承擔國家在光信息技術發展戰略中的科學研究任務,致力於服務國家科技發展戰略目標和戰略性新興產業。

發展歷程

2014年~2017年,經過國家“中西部高校綜合實力提升工程”的建設,已投入實驗室建設經費1200萬元;2018年開始,學校在國家“一省一校”建設下,為實驗室追加投資1400萬元。截至2018年,中心已擁有近500平方米的實驗室用地、超1000萬元的雷射光電子方面先進儀器設備,擁有多個科學研究平台,包括光學相干層析醫學無創診斷研究平台(Thorlabs、Axsun等OCT診斷檢測成像系統);基於偏振串擾的新型光纖感測技術研究平台(分散式偏振串擾分析儀、偏振發生及分析儀、偏振綜合分析儀、特種光纖熔接機、塗覆機、可調光纖雷射器、頻譜分析儀、光譜分析儀等);光纖電流電壓互感器研究平台(光纖電流檢測儀、電子式互感器校驗儀、標準互感器、大電流發生器、合併單元等)。另外,中心還具有光纖雷射器、光纖智慧型蒙皮等研究方向的相關儀器設備,中心實驗具有較強的雷射、光電子領域的研究能力。
中心科研有“長江學者”特聘教授1人、教授2人、副教授3人、在讀博、碩士生14人,已形成了一支由”長江學者“領導、中青年骨幹教師及研究生組成的學術梯隊,而且開展與國外眾多研究機構的科研合作與學術交流,並進行人員交流互訪。
