沙宗堯

主要研究方向為WebGIS、IntelligentGIS、智慧型空間決策支持系統及生態遙感，在國內外學術刊物上已發表論文近50篇，其中有多篇被SCI/EI等權威機構收錄。具有較豐富的軟體系統開發經驗，特別是在WebGIS、智慧型空間決策支持系統、JavaEE套用系統體系設計開發及草地生態遙感等領域。作為主要技術負責人完成了廣州農業地理信息系統、廣州農業資源資料庫、常平土地規劃管理辦公自動化套用系統的設計與開發。

2011, 教育部高等學校科學研究優秀成果獎（科技進步獎），“空間信息集成、管理與挖掘的新技術及其在數字工程中的套用推廣”，二等獎(排名第3)
