研究方向
研究內容
主要研究內容是利用冷凍電子顯微學作為主要技術手段研究蛋白與膜相互作用系統,並結合生物化學,螢光超分辨成像,X-射線晶體學以及分子動態模擬來深刻理解蛋白與膜相互作用的機制;同時,利用胞內系統進一步驗證所得到的作用機制。希望通過這些研究來加深理解重要蛋白與膜系統的分子機制,為解決蛋白與膜系統紊亂引起的疾病提供堅實的結構生物學基礎。
主要集中在以下幾個方向:
1.轉運必需內體複合體(ESCRT)剪下膜系統的分子機制
2.G蛋白偶聯受體(GPCR)的結構生物學研究
3.嵌合於脂雙層的膜蛋白結構冷凍電鏡解析方法的開發與套用
