人物簡介
2008年進入
湖北省農業科學院農產品加工與核農技術研究所參加工作,現為副所長、研究員。
長期從事水產保鮮加工及綜合利用技術方向的研究。在淡水產品抗凍技術、
克氏原螯蝦淨化提質方面取得了重要的成績,研究成果獲
中華農業科技獎一等獎1項,湖北省科技進步一等獎2項。
