人物經歷
1989年於中科院物理所獲博士學位。現任中科院物理所研究員、博士生導師、中科院光物理重點實驗室副主任。
研究方向
THz輻射的探測、成像和時域光譜光譜研究;凝聚態和生物體系在THz光譜波段的回響及動力學過程研究。
主要貢獻
1995年建立了國內第一台太赫茲光譜實驗測量系統。對半導體、納米材料、生物體系和亞波長結構材料在太赫茲頻段的回響以及有關的物理機制進行了較系統的研究,包括太赫茲遠紅外時域光譜技術研究、凝聚態和生物大分子的THz光譜分析及動力學過程研究、THz波在結構器件中的傳播和探測以及其中的相互作用機理研究,太赫茲分析技術在生物大分子結構探測中的套用。在Phys.Rev., Appl.Phys.Lett.等學術期刊發表論文90餘篇,2004年應邀為英國Elsevier出版社在2004年底出版的《Encyclopedia of Modern Optics》中撰寫“Coherent Sources: Terahertz Generation”一節。
