簡介:隨著虛擬企業理論的普及與其運作經驗的不斷豐富,加之信息技術的飛速發展,虛擬企業已成為21世紀企業從事生產經營和參與市場競爭的主要形式。生產計畫是虛擬企業生產運作的核心內容之一,其關鍵在於協同。本書從虛擬企業生產計畫的特點以及制定和執行虛擬企業生產計畫所面臨的困難出發,研究並提出了虛擬企業高級計畫系統理論框架和基於多智慧型體的虛擬企業協同生產高級計畫系統模型,並以此為基礎,研究了虛擬企業任務分解與分配、虛擬企業全局生產計畫和成員企業內生產計畫與調度等關鍵問題。最後結合企業的實際運作,開發了原型系統,驗證了本書所提出的理論和方法。本書研究成果不僅可以豐富虛擬企業生產管理理論和方法體系,而且對虛擬企業的組建和運作具有指導意義。

Abstract:Currently, with the rapid development of the globalization and the increasing competition of the market, competitions among enterprises gradually give way to competitions between supply chains, and the relationship between enterprises within the supply chain gradually shift from competition to cooperation. In China, although the development trend of cooperation is inevitable, but the supply chain management is immature, especially for the large number of manufacturing corporations, most of which lack professional experiences. All of these have important theoretical and practical meaning for the supply chain collaboration and supply chain performance evaluation of manufacturing corporations. In this paper, we investigate the multiple attribute decision making(MADM) problems using the hesitant triangular fuzzy information. Then, we have developed the hesitant triangular fuzzy geometric Bonferroni Mean (HTFGBM) operator and hesitant triangular fuzzy weighted geometric Bonferroni Mean (HTFWGBM) operator. We have utilized the HTFWGBM operator to MADM for evaluating the performance of supply chain cooperation for manufacturing corporations with hesitant triangular fuzzy information. Finally, an illustrative example is proposed to demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed method.

Abstract:Competition among different universities depends largely on the competition for talent.Talent evaluation and selection is one of the main activities in human resource management (HRM) which is critical for university development. Firstly, linguistic neutrosophic sets (LNSs) are introduced to better express multiple uncertain information during the evaluation procedure. We further merge the power averaging operator with LNSs for information aggregation and propose a LN-power weighted averaging (LNPWA) operator and a LN-power weighted geometric (LNPWG) operator. Then, an extended technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) method is developed to solve a case of university HRM evaluation problem. The main contribution and novelty of the proposed method rely on that it allows the information provided by different decision makers (DMs) to support and reinforce each other which is more consistent with the actual situation of university HRM evaluation. In addition, its effectiveness and advantages over existing methods are verified through sensitivity and comparative analysis. The results show that the proposal is capable in the domain of university HRM evaluation and may contribute to the talent introduction in universities.

Abstract:The fruit fly optimization algorithm (FOA) is a newly developed bio-inspired algorithm. The continuous variant version of FOA has been proven to be a powerful evolutionary approach to determining the optima of a numerical function on a continuous definition domain. In this study, a discrete FOA (DFOA) is developed and applied to the traveling salesman problem (TSP), a common combinatorial problem. In the DFOA, the TSP tour is represented by an ordering of city indices, and the bio-inspired meta-heuristic search processes are executed with two elaborately designed main procedures: the smelling and tasting processes. In the smelling process, an effective crossover operator is used by the fruit fly group to search for the neighbors of the best-known swarm location. During the tasting process, an edge intersection elimination (EXE) operator is designed to improve the neighbors of the non-optimum food location in order to enhance the exploration performance of the DFOA. In addition, benchmark instances from the TSPLIB are classified in order to test the searching ability of the proposed algorithm. Furthermore, the effectiveness of the proposed DFOA is compared to that of other meta-heuristic algorithms. The results indicate that the proposed DFOA can be effectively used to solve TSPs, especially large-scale problems.

摘要:針對權係數未知、屬性值具有缺失的不完全信息下多屬性決策問題,給出了一種基於證據推理的方法。該方法通過對決策矩陣的規範化處理、不同屬性下焦元的確定及評價值計算,獲得證據的基本機率分配,然後利用證據合成,並通過信任區間的計算與排序,獲得整個方案集的排序。最終,實例表明了該方法的有效性和可行性。

摘要:針對電子商務中交易雙方的議價問題,引入Agent,建立了通用的基於多Agent的線上議價模型。通過構造Agent報價策略的機率密度函式,並考慮議價雙方的下一步期望價格和保留價格,構建了基於價格的議價算法,該算法考慮了Agent的偏好、議價時間約束等參數,而且該議價算法能動態地修改可能的報價區間範圍,並具有一定的學習能力,使議價過程能夠較好地反映交易雙方的心智態度,可模擬傳統交易中的議價過程。

摘要:合作夥伴選擇是虛擬企業組建階段的關鍵問題,選擇合適的合作夥伴關係到虛擬企業運作的成敗。為了有效地實現虛擬企業運作過程中合作夥伴的選擇與最佳化,對滿足產品交貨期約束和以最小化製造成本為目標的虛擬企業合作夥伴選擇與最佳化數學模型進行了探討;由於該模型目標函式非連續可微,提出了一個改進的蟻群算法對其進行求解。該算法通過引入遺傳算法中的雜交運算元來改善蟻群的搜尋能力,使其對應的解更加優良;最後通過案例分析驗證了算法的有效性。

As UML is a kind of standard unified modeling language, the model is endowed with some good properties, such as visualization, easy to understand and so on.

摘要:為了實現供應鏈合作夥伴的雙贏和多贏,在由一個製造商和兩個批發商組成的供應鏈中,以制定最優共同補貨周期策略為核心,製造商作為盟主指定共同補貨周期和折扣率,批發商作為成員企業按共同補貨同期的整數倍進行補貨。製造商採用一致價格折扣的方式彌補批發商成本的增加。考慮到需求的可變性和是否實行共同補貨周期策略,建立了製造商、批發商和整個供應鏈系統的利潤最佳化模型並進行了模擬。結果表明共同補貨周期策略可以實現多方收益的帕累托改進,供應鏈三方協作追求整體收益,可以實現"共贏"。

摘要:針對虛擬企業生產計畫的特點,以各成員企業承擔的生產任務為對象,以快速回響市場為目標,建立了生產任務計畫的數學模型,並基於該模型,提出一種基於遺傳算法與模擬退火算法混合的求解算法,充分發揮了遺傳算法良好的全局搜尋能力和模擬退火算法有效避免陷入局部極小的優點,從而提高了算法的全局尋優能力。數值仿真計算表明了該算法的良好收斂性和有效性.

Abstract:Partner selection is one of the core problems in the phase of virtual enterprise (VE) creation, since the selection of right partners is crucial to the success of VE. To effectively solve the partner selection and optimization problem in VE practice, a mathematical model with the objective of minimizing the total manufacturing cost of tasks within the due date is discussed in this paper. As the objective formulation is not continuous and differential, it cannot be solved exactly by integer programming, an improved ant colony optimization algorithm (IACO) is proposed to solve the problem. A crossover operator which is usually used in genetic algorithm (GA) is introduced into IACO, so it can improve the search ability of ant colony and make consequently solution better. Finally, an illustrative example is presented to show the efficiency of the algorithm.
