研究方向

主要以我國西部林木類群和青藏高原特有植物為研究對象,在大規模開展野外調查和數據收集的基礎上,利用傳統分子標記和二代測序技術,結合分子系統發育、生物地理、譜系地理、群體遺傳、群體基因組等領域多種數據分析手段,從物種分化、種群動態、分布範圍變遷等多個方面開展植物生態與進化歷史研究。
