楊鴻泰，西南交通大學碩士生導師。博士畢業於美國田納西大學土木與環境工程系，獲得交通工程博士學位和統計學碩士學位。2015年西南交通大學第七屆青年教師講課比賽雙語組冠軍。TRB Committee on Transportation Planning Applications (ADB50) 國際會員 (International member)、美國交通工程師協會會員、美國土木工程師協會會員、美國統計協會會員。發表高水平論文多篇。為Transport Policy (SSCI), Transportmetrica A (SCI), International Journal of Sustainable Transportation (SCI), Transportation Research Record (SCI), Journal of Public Transportation (SSCI), Journal of Transportation Safety and Security (SSCI)等期刊特約審稿。
