楊雲，副研究員，。2004年7月於新疆大學化學與化工學院獲學士學位，2007年7月於新疆大學化學與化工學院獲碩士學位。目前主要從事光電功能材料的設計、合成、及性能研究。目前主要探索紫外非線性光學晶體的可控設計和合成。

2007年7月加入中科院理化技術研究所，受聘為助理研究員。2008年7月在新疆理化所就讀博士研究生，2011年7月博士畢業。目前主要從事光電功能材料的設計、合成、及性能研究。在Inorganic Chemistry, Journal of Materials Chemistry, Inorganica Chimica Acta，Structural Chemistry等國際著名期刊接收和發表多篇論文篇，申請中國發明專利4項。目前主要探索紫外非線性光學晶體的可控設計和合成。
