楊繼松，男，1978年出生，博士，三級教授。自然資源學會濕地資源保護專業委員會委員（第四屆），入選2019年度“黃河三角洲學者”人才工程。研究領域為濕地生態過程與生物地球化學、退化濕地生態修復，主要開展濕地碳循環回響水、熱、鹽等環境要素的過程與機制、濕地生態修復原理與技術研究。主持國家自然科學基金課題4項，參與承擔自然科學聯合基金課題、“十一五”科技支撐計畫課題、“十一五”、“十二五”國家水專項課題等多項。在Soil Biology & Biochemistry、Science of The Total Environment、Geoderma、生態學報、植物生態學報等國內外期刊發表學術論文70餘篇，授權國家發明專利5項，獲得瀋陽市科技進步二等獎（第二位次）1項。
