研究方向

針對中藥、天然藥物和保健食品，開展天然藥物化學、分析化學和生物化學交叉及相關領域的套用基礎研究，進行新藥和天然保健食品的研發。 中藥與天然藥物有效成分和保健食品功能因子的分離、結構鑑定和活性確證；藥物構效關係研究，藥物分子、功能因子與DNA和蛋白質相互作用研究。天然抗腫瘤藥物和致癌劑DNA損傷和致突變機理研究與評價。中藥與生物複雜體系分析與表征方法研究（包括中藥指紋圖譜技術、藥物代謝和生物活性物質分析）製備色譜方法與技術研究。天然產物標準物質研製。抗癌和治療缺血性心腦血管病中藥物質基礎、配伍規律與ADMET性質研究，腫瘤預防藥物和食品研究。

研究課題

作為課題負責人或主要承擔者，先後參加承擔完成國家新藥基金項目；國家重大科技攻關計畫“重要技術標準研究”；國家973重點課題“方劑關鍵科學問題的基礎研究”；科技部基礎專項重點項目“食品、中藥與天然藥物質量檢測平台及其支撐體系研究”（負責人）；中國博士後科學基金（負責人）；科技部科技基礎專項“中藥和保健食品標準物質研究”（負責人）；國家重大新藥創製專項(十一五）：現代先進提取分離技術改造傳統中藥產業技術平台建設（負責人）；國家重大新藥創製專項(十二五）：抗腫瘤中藥艾迪注射劑的生產技術改造（主要承擔者）。
