學術任職

第一屆國家疾病預防控制標準委員會寄生蟲病標準專業委員會委員。

研究方向

長期從事熱帶病流行病學的研究工作,在傳染病的時空動力學模型、數據挖掘、機器學習、分散式最佳化和控制方法等方向也都積累了豐富的研究經驗。所掌握的現代信息學技術(包括地理信息系統、遙感分析技術、空間統計模型等)及傳染病傳播動力學領域均處於國內外前沿地位,圍繞 “宿主與病原生態學和環境的研究”,以病原體與宿主間相互關係這一關健科學問題,從個體與群體、寄生蟲與宿主、寄生蟲與環境相互關係等方面,多層次、多維度地對寄生蟲病傳播參數、寄生蟲病流行與分布預測指標進行了理論探索與技術研究。
