食源性革蘭氏陰性致病菌(主要為:沙門氏菌、阪崎桿菌和彎曲桿菌)的分子流行病學,致病性及致病機制,藥敏性及耐藥機制,食品安全生產全產業鏈致病菌的分子溯源和控制。
