柏正武，博士、教授、博士生導師。武漢工程大學化學與環境工程學院製藥化學研究所所長。研究領域涉及有機合成及手性功能材料。在有機合成方面，主要探索藥物及藥物主要中間體的合成新工藝，已有兩個藥物合成的工藝技術被企業採用，獲得4項發明專利權。在手性功能材料的研究中，曾製備出多種液相色譜固定相，取得一些很好的實驗結果，發表了多篇研究論文。作為項目主持人主持四項國家自然科學基金委員會的項目。主要研究開發分離性能優越、經久耐用的改性殼聚糖手性分離材料。
