新鮮果實的采後病害十分嚴重,我國每年的經濟損失就高達300億元之巨。傳統的防病方法是使用化學農藥,其安全性倍受關注。生物防治作為一種控制果實采後病害的新方法展示了廣闊的套用前景。果實抗病性受諸多因素誘導,生物和非生物因子對果實抗病性的誘導機理還不清楚。本項目在追蹤國際熱點和結合原有研究的基礎上,運用植病、生化、細胞、分子和蛋白質組學的方法全面解析果實采後病害生物防治中的科學問題;深入探討果實與病原
