個人簡介
1961年畢業於武漢大學數學系，分配至鄭大數學系任教。1979年任講師，1982年任副教授，1986年任教授。1988-1989年赴英國南安普敦大學和伯明罕大學做訪問學者。1991年享受國務院政府特殊津貼。1996年批准為博士生導師。1997年後在奧地利格拉茲技術大學及香港城市大學等短期工作。除基礎課外，講授研究生課程“組合論”、“圖論”、“組合最最佳化”、“計算複雜性”、“動態規劃”等。已指導博士生8名，碩士生29名。曾經主持完成四項國家自然科學基金項目。出版兩部教材《線性規劃與網路流》、《動態規劃與序貫最最佳化》。在國內外學術刊物上發表論文80餘篇。曾經擔任中國數學學會理事（1995-1999）、中國運籌學學會理事（1984-2004）、中國系統工程學會理事（1990-2006）、中國工業與套用數學學會理事（1996-2004）。擔任學術期刊《系統科學與數學》編委（1987-2004）、《運籌學學報》編委（1997-2008）、《套用數學》編委（1994-1998）、《數學季刊》編委（1985-）及美國《數學評論》評論員（1986-1999）。並擔任全國大學生數學建模競賽河南賽區組委會主任（1995-2008）。研究方向： 組合數學與最最佳化。
