林忠財

林忠財

林忠財,男,博士,教授,湖南大學土木工程學院博士生導師,中國國家第十一批“千人計畫”青年人才。曾在美國、英國、中國香港、馬來西亞等地從事科學研究工作。

林忠財教授曾擔任美國聯邦公路管理局的高級研究員、英國伯明罕大學土木工程學院的講師、香港納米及先進材料研發院的項目主管、香港理工大學研究員等,主持7項科研項目共近1,000萬元人民幣,已發表SCI論文59篇(其中第一作者25篇)、國際期刊論文8篇和國際會議論文15篇, ISI引用1092次,H-指數=22,累計影響因子達227。林教授2次被聘為伯明罕大學博士學位答辯委員會成員,先後多次被國內大學邀請作專題講座,是多個國際學術組織會員或理事會成員,同時是十多個國際刊物審稿人。
