人物經歷

本科就讀上海醫科大學,畢業後曾任青島大學醫學院附屬醫院住院醫師。研究生就讀中科院上海生命科學研究院師從丁小燕研究員,獲發育生物學博士學位。博士後合作導師為英國巴斯大學JMW Slack教授。曾任美國明尼蘇達大學研究助理、助理教授。現為同濟大學生命科學與技術學院教授、脊柱脊髓損傷再生修復教育部重點實驗室(同濟大學)研究員。

研究領域

實驗室研究方向為器官再生機理及誘導哺乳動物器官再生的途徑。
主要研究內容為爪蛙蠑螈與小鼠動物器官再生的細胞及分子生物學、表觀遺傳代謝調控機制。此外,實驗室亦致力於利用誘導多能幹細胞(iPSC)探討多能前體細胞移植在器官損傷修復與再生中的套用前景。實驗室已建立了三維培養誘導類肢芽器官及獲取肢芽前體細胞、通過移植含有胚胎肢芽前體細胞和生長因子組合的凝膠纖維蛋白骨架(fibrin scaffold)建立了誘導斷肢再生的技術方法,可以促進小鼠斷趾再生。
