2010年6月，柏年全資子公司杭州希和光電子有限公司成立。膠定奔熱
希和光電子本著“向股東負責，對員工負責，對客戶負責，對社會負責”的理念，組織精幹的行銷隊伍及生產服務專業技術人員1000餘人，通付船備過引進現代管理理念，目前慨漿姜已投資生產、檢測設備及求奔精微新產品研發費2000多萬元，其中包括專業顯示屏生產線；全自動SMT貼片生產線；燈簽葛店飾生產線和電備少祖源、模具、注塑生產線,並通過ISO9000質量管理體系、14000環境管理體系和18000職業健康安全管理體系認證，並有用多項國內外設計及產品專利。
