展會背景

據商務部2009年02月02日 最新公布的數據顯示:杭州經濟連續十八年保持兩位數增長。初步核算,2008年全市實現生產總值(GDP)4781.16億元,按可比價格,比上年增長11%,增長幅度連續第十八年保持兩位數增長。戶籍人口人均GDP超萬美元。全市按戶籍人口計算的人均GDP達到70832元,增長10.1%,按國家公布的2008年平均匯率計算,實現了1萬美元的跨越,達到10199美元。
業界人士透露,杭州大部分奢侈品專賣店銷售在全國排名第一。以高級轎車為例,杭州地區的豪華轎車經銷商基本都是全國銷量冠軍;另外高級時裝、高檔家私和高端物業的銷量也十分驚人。有關數據顯示,保時捷在杭州一年能銷250輛;12000元一瓶的面霜,全國總共只銷售五十瓶,其中在杭州就賣出了三十瓶。像LV、GUCCI、阿瑪尼等70%以上的國際奢侈品品牌都已經進駐杭州。據統計,LV的銷售額每年以45%的速度增長;據了解,像LAMER這樣的奢侈品品牌在杭州的銷售 “每個月都保持在六七十萬元。”事實上,不僅僅是LAMER,杭州人對各種奢侈品的熱情和強勁的購買力一直讓這些店家吃驚。
“福布斯排行榜”中國區負責人范魯賢表示:“在福布斯所做的調查中顯示,中國大陸最佳商業城市前15位中,浙江就有7個,其中杭州是第一位的,正是浙江發達的民營經濟促成奧特萊特落戶杭州。”世界最大高端眼鏡零售商luxottici集團表示,除在北京、上海、廣州開店之外,杭州成為首選。
對此,專家表示,這是中國獨有的現象,杭州已經具備和北京、上海這些經濟中心同等的奢侈品消費能力。
